Welcome to Dulce Passion Bakery! We’re honored to be part of your celebration. Please review the following terms carefully before placing an order. By submitting an inquiry, booking a cake, or confirming a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

We accept custom orders through:

  • Our website inquiry form
  • WhatsApp direct messages
  • In-person consultations

All orders are reviewed and confirmed via written communication (WhatsApp or email). No order is guaranteed until formally confirmed by us.

 

1. Lead Time & Minimum Notice

We require a minimum of 15–30 days’ notice for all custom cake orders. Requests made with less than 15 days’ notice are not guaranteed and are accepted only at our discretion.

 

2. Payment & Cancellation Policy

We do not require a deposit upfront. However, full payment is expected upon confirmation and must be completed before production begins.

You may cancel your order, but the following refund policy applies:

  • More than 7 days before delivery → 75% refund of the total paid
  • 7 days or less before delivery → No refund available

All refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

3. Modifications to Orders

You may request changes to your design, flavors, delivery address, or other details up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery. Changes requested within 7 days may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

 

4. Delivery & Pickup

We offer both pickup and local delivery options. Here’s how it works:

  • For smaller cakes (e.g. Classic Cakes or single-tier/2-tier cakes for fewer guests), pickup is available and recommended.
  • For larger cakes (3 tiers and above, or cakes serving 50+ guests), we strongly recommend delivery only for safety and structural integrity.

All deliveries are handled personally by our team, not third-party couriers.

**Once a cake is dropped off or picked up, we are not responsible for any damage, melting, or mishandling. Please follow transport and storage instructions carefully.**

 

5. Copyright & Design Requests

We do not accept any orders that replicate copyrighted or trademarked characters or logos (e.g. Disney, Marvel, sports teams) unless written permission is provided by the rights holder. Custom-themed cakes must be original or inspired without infringing on intellectual property.

 

6. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule:

  • You may reschedule up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability.
  • If your order is already in production or within 7 days of delivery, the reschedule may not be accepted, and refund policies will still apply.
 
 

7. Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to decline any order that:

  • Is inappropriate, offensive, or harassing in nature
  • Cannot be executed safely or realistically
  • Involves unrealistic timelines or high-risk delivery constraints
