Every cake we make starts with your vision. Whether it’s a romantic wedding, vibrant quinceañera, or themed birthday party, we handcraft each design to match your style and celebration. From textures and florals to tiers and color palettes — your cake will be uniquely yours.
Prices vary depending on the number of guests, tiers, and design complexity. Our standard custom cakes start at $210 for 30 servings, and go up to $1,520 for 190+ guests. You can get an estimated price for your personalized cake online using our Custom Cake Page or book a consultation.
We offer a wide variety of flavors, including chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, marble, carrot, tres leches, guava, and more. Fillings include fruit-based, whipped cream, buttercream, and cream cheese. You can choose a different base and filling for each tier!
Absolutely — that’s what we’re known for. At Dulce Passion Bakery, every cake is a blank canvas, and Laura brings to life just about any theme or creative vision you can dream up.

We recommend placing your custom cake order at least 15–30 days in advance, especially for events with 50+ guests or custom themes. Last-minute orders under 15 days are considered case by case.

We offer reliable delivery across Northern Arizona and flexible pickup options for your convenience. Our team personally handles every delivery to ensure your cake arrives picture-perfect — whether it’s for a backyard birthday or a large wedding venue in Sedona, Camp Verde, or beyond.
We deliver throughout Northern Arizona:
Sedona, Cottonwood, VOC & Camp Verde: $50
Flagstaff: $150
Phoenix: $200
We personally handle all deliveries — no third-party couriers — to ensure safe arrival and presentation.
Yes, pickup is available for Classic Cakes and smaller custom cakes (usually 1–2 tiers). For anything larger or highly detailed, we strongly recommend delivery.
Yes absolutely! We offer dessert table styling and catering for events like weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and baby showers in Sedona, Cottonwood, Flagstaff, and beyond. Just send us your guest count and vision, and we’ll prepare a tailored quote.
You can reschedule your cake up to 7 days before delivery, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 7 days may not be possible, and standard cancellation policies apply.

No deposit is required. However, full payment is due upon order confirmation to begin production.
More than 7 days before delivery: 75% refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Yes absolutely! You can request design or delivery changes up to 7 days before your event. Changes closer to the date may incur additional fees or be denied based on production progress.
Once your cake has been picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for any damage. Please follow our storage and transport instructions carefully.
